The system comprises a motion loading module, a clamp module and a frame. The driving end of the vertical loading motor is connected with the clamp base, the horizontal loading electric cylinder and the vertical loading electric cylinder are connected through a lower clamp, or the horizontal loading electric cylinder and the vertical loading electric cylinder are respectively connected with the lower clamps; the clamp base drives a tested workpiece to rotate and load on the horizontal plane through the vertical loading motor, the vertical loading electric cylinder drives the tested workpiece to move in the vertical direction, and the horizontal loading electric cylinder drives the tested workpiece to move in the horizontal direction.
