The invention relates to a centralized lubrication system and a mounting structure thereof.The centralized lubrication system comprises a grease injection barrel and a manual rotary valve which are mounted on a coal mining machine, the grease injection barrel comprises a barrel body, a piston and a long bolt, the long bolt penetrates through one end of the barrel body and makes contact with the end face of the piston, and the long bolt is in threaded connection with the end of the barrel body; a lubricating grease outlet of the grease injection cylinder is formed in the other end of the cylinder body; the manual rotary valve comprises a valve body, a valve core and a handle, the valve core is mounted in the valve body and is in running fit with the valve body, one end of the valve core penetrates through the valve body and is fixedly connected with the handle, and a lubricating grease inlet and a plurality of lubricating grease outlets are formed in the valve body; a lubricating grease outlet of the grease in
