Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a production method of seawater corrosion resistant steel 10CrMoAl. The steel comprises the following chemical components in percentage by mass: 0.07%-0.10% of C, 0.20%-0.35% of Si, 0.45%-0.55% of Mn, 0.90%-1.00% of Cr, 0.20%-0.28% of Mo, 0.55%-0.75% of AlT, less than or equal to 0.013% of P, less than or equal to 0.003% of S and the balance of iron and inevitable impurities. The structure type of the steel plate is polygonal ferrite and pearlite; the method comprises the following key process steps: (1) smelting; (2) continuous casting; (3) rolling; and (4) heat treatment. According to the steel produced according to the method, the steel plate performance is uniform and stable, and the same plate difference is within 30 MPa; the yield strength of the steel plate with the thickness of 10-40 mm is 329-463 MPa, the tensile strength is 495-578 MPa, and the elongation is 25%-34%; impact at 20 DEG C is greater than or equal to 160J; and no cracking is caused when d is equal to 3a and cold |
