Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of gene detection, in particular to a method for rapidly detecting a transgene copy number by inserting a DNA fingerprint sequence into a terminator. According to the method, on the basis of the difference between an endogenous terminator sequence and a transgenic terminator sequence inserted with a DNA fingerprint sequence, a common primer pair is utilized to amplify in the same qPCR reaction system to obtain the transgenic terminator sequence and the endogenous terminator sequence, and then by analyzing melting curves of the transgenic terminator sequence and the endogenous terminator sequence, the DNA fingerprint sequence can be identified according to the fluorescence intensity ratio of melting peaks of the transgenic terminator sequence and the endogenous terminator sequence.
