On one hand, the invention provides a method for constructing a Huh-7-HBsAg cell strain capable of stably expressing a hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) gene, and the method comprises the following steps: constructing a plasmid vector containing a hepatitis B surface antigen HBsAg gene sequence, carrying out lentivirus packaging by using an HEK 293FT cell, and infecting a wild type Huh-7 cell strain by using a packaged gene overexpression lentivirus pHS-AVC-0612, so as to obtain the Huh-7-HBsAg cell strain capable of stably expressing the hepatitis B surface antigen HBsAg gene.
