Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for promoting a phycomycete biofilm to repair an arsenic-containing water body by using manganese ions, and relates to the field of water treatment. The method comprises the following steps: (1) collecting aquatic organism crust as a microorganism source, culturing in a culture medium, and centrifuging to obtain a phycomycete biological membrane; and (2) adding the phycomycetes biological membrane and the divalent manganese ions into the water body to be restored for culturing. The phycomycete biofilm is prepared by culturing biological components in crust widely existing in an aquatic environment, and the used phycomycete biofilm has high arsenic (As) resistance and can rapidly grow in an As-containing water body.
