The invention relates to the technical field of portholes, and discloses a novel marine porthole which comprises a window body unit and a glass frame arranged in a window frame, the window body unit comprises a ship wall, a window frame arranged on the ship wall, a storm cover hinged to the window frame in a sealed mode, and the outer sides of the ship wall, the window frame and the storm cover are located on the same vertical horizontal plane. The glass layer is arranged in the glass frame; a ventilation unit is connected to the window body unit and comprises a ventilation component arranged on the inner side of the storm cover and a sealing component arranged between the storm cover and the window frame. According to the novel marine porthole, when sailors are located in the anti-pirate cabin and ventilation equipment is closed, the sailors only need to push the plug blocks out of the through holes, the sailors do not need to open the whole porthole, air can be supplemented into the anti-pirate cabin throug
