Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses hollow mesoporous silicon dioxide loaded elemene nanoparticles as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: synthesizing hollow mesoporous silica nanoparticles, dropwise adding a mixed solution of an elemene stock solution and absolute ethyl alcohol into a mixed solution of the hollow mesoporous silica nanoparticles and absolute ethyl alcohol at room temperature, stirring for 12 hours, and evaporating a solvent through a rotary evaporator to obtain the elemene nano-particles. The hollow mesoporous silica loaded elemene nano particles (HMSN-ELE) are obtained. The HMSN-ELE has relatively high drug delivery efficiency, can show a good slow release effect, can achieve the purpose of slowly and controllably releasing drugs when being applied to meta-acid tumor cells, and has a good killing effect on the tumor cells.
