Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to application of hydrogen peroxide in improving the potassium ion content of grape plants, and belongs to the technical field of plant physiological metabolism. Exogenous hydrogen peroxide is used for treating grape tissue culture seedlings, the change of the potassium ion content of the seedlings is analyzed, and it is found that after hydrogen peroxide treatment is conducted for 6 h, 24 h and 72 h, the potassium ion content of the seedlings is increased. The content of potassium ions in grape plants is obviously higher than that of a control group (without hydrogen peroxide), which proves that hydrogen peroxide can be used for promoting potassium ion absorption of grape plants and increasing the content of potassium ions in plants. The invention provides a technology for increasing the potassium ion content of grapes, and the technology is expected to be applied to grape production to promote grape quality improvement and industrial development.
