The device comprises a tunnel main body, an independent smoke exhaust flue, a normally closed electric smoke exhaust valve and an intelligent control system. A tunnel with key smoke exhaust is intelligently monitored, a reasonable smoke exhaust valve and fan opening strategy is formulated, a traditional smoke exhaust valve is transformed into a normally-closed electric smoke exhaust valve with allowance in a concentric-square-shaped opening mode, and a multi-gear switch is arranged to control the effective smoke exhaust area of each smoke exhaust valve.
