Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an ultra-thick plate bolted steel tower section manufactured by adopting a block and section multi-section long-line method continuous matching manufacturing process and a manufacturing method, and the ultra-thick plate bolted steel tower section comprises a bolted steel tower section, the four corners of the bolted steel tower section are designed by adopting arcs with the radius larger than or equal to 1m, and the ultra-thick plate four-corner arc sections are bolted machine processing steel towers; the whole section is of an annular closed structure, the bolted steel tower transfers force to an upper tower column and a lower tower column through metal contact, the end face machining requires that the flatness of the whole section is within 0.25 mm, the slab staggering amount of a whole section wall plate is less than or equal to 2mm, and the axis perpendicularity is within 1/10000. The method has the advantages of advanced and reliable technology, cost saving, capability of remarka
