The problems that an existing 6082 alloy T6 state plate heat treatment aging furnace is narrow in opening, high in heat treatment energy consumption, low in efficiency and large in material loss rate are solved. The method comprises the following steps: 1, weighing raw materials and smelting to obtain an aluminum alloy solution; 2, milling the surface after casting; thirdly, hot rolling is conducted after heating, and then cold rolling is conducted to obtain a coiled material with the finished product thickness; and 4, trimming, solid solution treatment, straightening and aging heat treatment.
