Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to in-situ TiC/Fe-based metal ceramic composite wear-resistant powder, a coating and a preparation method, and belongs to the technical field of laser melting deposition. Compared with an existing TiC/Fe-based composite wear-resistant coating in-situ preparation technology, the method has the advantages that the content of graphite (or nickel-coated graphite) in the powder formula is low, the distribution uniformity of an in-situ TiC ceramic reinforced phase in the coating can be effectively improved, the wear resistance of the coating is effectively improved, and low-crack-sensitivity high-performance repair of the surface of a part or preparation of a reinforced coating can be achieved. The composite coating is prepared by ball-milling and mixing pure Ti, nickel-coated graphite and Fe55 alloy powder according to a certain proportion and then adopting a laser melting deposition technology. The in-situ submicron TiC particles uniformly distributed in the Fe-based composite coating have a |
