Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an automatic expanding and necking machine which comprises a machine body and two mounting tables arranged on the machine body, and one mounting table is slidably provided with a mounting arm and fixedly connected with a driving part for driving the mounting arm to slide; an abutting device is fixedly connected to the other mounting table; a placing station is formed between the two mounting tables, and a feeding device for feeding a pipeline into the placing station is arranged on the machine body; two mounting heads are arranged on the mounting plate and are respectively positioned on two sides of the axis of the mounting plate; the conversion device is arranged between the mounting arm and the mounting plate and used for switching the two mounting heads to be opposite to the abutting device; the material receiving device is arranged on the lower side of the placing station and is used for receiving the processed pipeline; the reversing device is used for supporting the material rec
