Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of an integral VOCs catalytic combustion catalyst, which comprises the following steps: fully dissolving Co3O4 serving as an active component, silicon dioxide serving as a carrier, alumina sol serving as a binder and P123 and F127 serving as structure-directing agents in distilled water to prepare a mixed solution precursor meeting 3D printing conditions, and then printing a designed three-dimensional model by using 3D printing equipment; aging and calcining the three-dimensional model, dipping the three-dimensional model in a cobalt salt and 2-methylimidazole mixed solution, and finally performing high-temperature activation to obtain the VOCs catalytic combustion monolithic catalyst.
