The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing a paraffin phase change microcapsule with smooth appearance and uniform particle size by using an in-situ polymerization method, and then preparing a stably dispersed phase change microcapsule suspension by using a two-step method. The real-time temperature in the viscosity test is controlled through a heating table, the power of a heater is changed, the change relation of the viscosity of the microcapsule suspension along with the temperature is tested at different heating rates, and the result shows that the viscosity of the phase change microcapsule suspension can be changed in the phase change process of the core material.
