According to the dendritic polypeptide nanogel carrier, a third-generation lysine dendritic macromolecule with polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) as a core is used as a branched unit POSS-Lys-G3, and blank nanogel PDNs is obtained through chemical crosslinking of a crosslinking agent 3, 3 '-dithiodipropionic acid di (N-hydroxysuccinimide) ester DSP.
