Zusammenfassung:	The invention belongs to the technical field of microorganism application, and particularly relates to application of lactobacillus plantarum in relieving liver injury. The invention provides an application of a lactobacillus plantarum strain BX62 in relieving non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. The lactobacillus plantarum strain BX62 can effectively reduce the content of AST and ALT; the SOD content is increased, and the damage of liver fat deposition to the liver is effectively reduced. The invention further provides application of the lactobacillus plantarum Lp5 and the lactobacillus plantarum BX62 as a composition in relieving liver injury, the two strains can synergistically and remarkably increase the content of SOD, the activity of GSH-Px and the activity of CAT, good synergy is shown in the aspect of oxidation resistance, and the lactobacillus plantarum Lp5 and the lactobacillus plantarum BX62 have a good application prospect in clinical intervention and prevention of liver injury and oxidative stress
