Laminated capacitor and semiconductor device

A laminated capacitor has a laminated body, a first external electrode, and a second external electrode. The laminated body includes a plurality of laminated portions and a plurality of insulating layers that are alternately arranged in the z-direction. Each of the laminated portions includes a first conductor, a second conductor, a third conductor, and a dielectric. The first conductor is connected to the first external electrode, and the second conductor is connected to the second external electrode (32). The third conductor includes a first portion and a second portion. The dielectric has a first surface and a second surface isolated from each other in a z-direction. The first surface is at least connected with the first conductor, and the second surface is at least connected with the first part. The plurality of laminated parts include two laminated parts adjacent to each other in the z-direction, and the first surfaces or the second surfaces of the two laminated parts face each other in the z-direction.
