The invention provides a network service access system and method.The network service access system comprises a network server, a master control server and a plurality of application servers, the network server is in communication connection with the master control server, and a communication server is in communication connection with the application servers. The network server monitors one domain name and one port and only monitors one domain name and one port, the network server receives a user request and sends the user request to the master control server, and the master control server sends the user request to the corresponding application server according to the user authority and a service identifier used for identifying the service type in the user request; and the application server processes the user request and returns a processing result. The method has the advantages that users in different service categories can access the in-line service through the internet access, and it is ensured that servi
