Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a system for discharging liquid effluent of a nuclear power plant by an indirect air cooling tower, which comprises the indirect air cooling tower and a mechanical ventilation cooling tower arranged in the tower body of the indirect air cooling tower, an air outlet of the mechanical ventilation cooling tower is communicated with an air outlet of the indirect air cooling tower, and an evaporation pond of the mechanical ventilation cooling tower is used for containing the liquid effluent of the nuclear power plant. According to the system for discharging the liquid effluent of the nuclear power plant through the indirect air cooling tower, the indirect air cooling tower and the mechanical ventilation cooling tower are combined to discharge the liquid effluent of the nuclear power plant, process arrangement can be carried out according to different plant site conditions, and the liquid effluent is evaporated into gas through the mechanical ventilation cooling tower; and finally dischargin
