Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a two-gear transmission for a pure electric vehicle and the pure electric vehicle. An input shaft is connected with a driving motor of the pure electric vehicle; the transmission mechanism is assembled on the input shaft; the first brake is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the transmission shell and further connected with the transmission mechanism. The second brake is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the transmission shell and further connected with the transmission mechanism. The main reduction gear is in transmission connection with the transmission mechanism; the differential assembly is in transmission connection with the main reduction gear; the driving motor transmits power through the input shaft to drive the transmission mechanism to operate, the first brake and the second brake enable the two-gear transmission to operate at different gears by changing the states of the first brake and the second brake, the main reduction gear further transmits the power transmitted
