Zusammenfassung:	The frame comprises a front frame and a rear frame, a middle water tank unit is arranged between an oil tank unit and a right water tank unit of the front frame, a support base is arranged on the front portion of the middle water tank unit, a hydraulic pipeline channel is reserved in the middle of the support base, and a first rear sealing plate is arranged on the rear portion of the middle water tank unit and the rear portion of the right water tank unit. The first rear sealing plate is flush with the rear portion of the oil tank unit. A second left side plate and a third right side plate of the rear frame are flush with the outermost sides of the oil tank unit and the right water tank unit respectively, the second left side plate is connected with the oil tank unit, the second left side plate and the third right side plate are connected with a front sealing plate and a second rear sealing plate respectively, and the front sealing plate, the second left side plate and the third right side plate are all conne
