Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a kit for detecting a pneumoconiosis susceptibility gene and application of the kit. The kit comprises a primer for detecting a pneumoconiosis susceptibility gene SNP site and a restriction enzyme corresponding to the SNP site, the SNP site of the pneumoconiosis susceptible gene is selected from one or more of the following components: rs16944, rs1800796, rs4073 or rs562047, and the SNP site of the pneumoconiosis susceptible gene is selected from one or more of the following components; the primer is selected from one or more of the following primers with sequences as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1-8.
