Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for improving the brown spot resistance of a tobacco plant on the first aspect, and the method comprises the following steps: NtCCoAOMT6, NtCCoAOMT6L and NtCAD14 genes in tobacco are knocked out at fixed points by utilizing a CRISPR/CAS9 gene editing system, and the sequences of the NtCCoAOMT6, NtCCoAOMT6L and NtCAD14 genes are respectively shown as SEQ ID NO.1, SEQ ID NO.2 and SEQ ID NO.3. The invention further provides a method for improving the brown spot resistance of the tobacco plant on the first aspect. The invention further provides application of the flue-cured tobacco leaves of the alternaria alternata resistant tobacco plants in cigarette combustion in the first aspect. The tobacco germplasm obtained by the invention has better resistance to tobacco brown spot.
