Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an acetolactate synthase III regulatory subunit coding gene ilvH, a mutant thereof and application of the acetolactate synthase III regulatory subunit coding gene ilvH in production of L-amino acid. The invention provides an ilvH mutant protein or a fusion protein containing the ilvH mutant protein. The ilvH mutant protein is a protein obtained by mutating the 47th amino acid residue of an acetolactate synthase III regulation subunit ilvH protein; experiments prove that in corynebacterium glutamicum, the yield of L-isoleucine can be increased by over-expression and point mutation of the corynebacterium glutamicum acetolactate synthase III regulation subunit coding gene ilvH; meanwhile, overexpression and point mutation of the ilvH gene in Escherichia coli can improve the yield of L-valine in Escherichia coli.
