Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to streptomyces albus XJC2-1 capable of preventing and treating pepper phytophthora blight, which is preserved in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center (CGMCC) on October 28, 2022 with the preservation number of CGMCC No.25981, and also relates to application of the streptomyces albus XJC2-1 in the pepper phytophthora blight. The streptomyces albus XJC2-1 strain disclosed by the invention has a very strong inhibition effect on various phytopathogens on a flat plate, and after plants irrigated with the prepared phytophthora capsici phytophthora blight resistant agent are inoculated with phytophthora capsici zoospores, the disease index is far lower than that of a control group.
