Zusammenfassung:	The system comprises a carbon source device for providing carbon dioxide, a methanation mechanism for catalytically synthesizing methane from carbon dioxide and hydrogen, a water electrolysis hydrogen production device for providing hydrogen, a heat exchanger and a gas-liquid separator, the heat exchanger is respectively connected with the water electrolysis hydrogen production device and the methanation mechanism, high-temperature methane gas and high-temperature water vapor generated by catalytic reaction of the methanation mechanism enter the heat exchanger and then enter the gas-liquid separator to realize gas-liquid separation, and a liquid outlet of the gas-liquid separator is connected with the water electrolysis hydrogen production device. And a water source of the water electrolysis hydrogen production device is treated by the heat exchanger to become superheated steam which enters the water electrolysis hydrogen production device.
