Every 100 parts by mass of rubber corresponds to 300-600 parts of protective filler, 40-70 parts of an oiling agent, 2-4 parts of stearic acid, 4-7 parts of zinc oxide, 1-3 parts of an anti-aging agent, 1-2 parts of microcrystalline wax, 1-3 parts of PEG4000, 1-3 parts of an accelerant, 0-1 part of a scorch retarder CTP, 2-5 parts of a vulcanizing agent and 1-2 parts of an adhesive RC.
