Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for synthesizing aluminum nitride powder by combustion, which comprises the following steps of: putting reaction raw materials of Al powder or Al powder and AlN powder into combustion synthesis equipment with a stirring structure and a cooling structure, introducing cooling water into the cooling structure to keep the temperature in the combustion synthesis equipment at 2-20 DEG C, starting the stirring structure and keeping high-speed stirring, and cooling the reaction raw materials to obtain the aluminum nitride powder. The method comprises the following steps: fully dispersing reaction raw materials and uniformly dispersing the reaction raw materials in combustion synthesis equipment, then introducing flowing nitrogen, keeping the pressure in the combustion synthesis equipment at 0.1-0.5 Mpa for more than 5 minutes, and electrifying a spiral tungsten filament to induce the reaction raw materials to generate a self-propagating combustion reaction after air in the combustion
