Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides an energy conversion device and a mining truck, the energy conversion device comprises a truck hopper bottom plate, an elastic energy storage part, a transmission part, a variable-speed motor and a generator, the truck hopper bottom plate is elastically connected with the bottom surface of a truck hopper of the mining truck through the elastic energy storage part, and the transmission part and the variable-speed motor are arranged on the side, close to the bottom surface of the truck hopper, of the truck hopper bottom plate; the transmission part is in driving connection with the generator through the variable-speed motor; when the truck hopper bottom plate moves in the truck hopper of the mining truck along the vertical direction under the gravity action of ore borne by the truck hopper bottom plate, the transmission part synchronously moves along with the truck hopper bottom plate, and the power generator is driven by the variable-speed motor to generate power. According to the energy
