The invention provides an automatic braking control method and device of a motorcade, electronic equipment and a vehicle. The motorcade comprises a target vehicle and at least one rear vehicle which are located on the same lane. The method comprises the following steps: executing a braking operation in response to a target vehicle, and sending a braking reminding instruction to a rear vehicle; in response to the received brake feedback instruction returned by the rear vehicle, calculating the current distance between the target vehicle and the adjacent rear vehicle and/or between the adjacent rear vehicles based on the time of sending the brake reminding instruction and the time of receiving the brake feedback instruction; and in response to the fact that the current distance is smaller than the preset safety distance, the corresponding rear vehicle is controlled to be automatically braked.
