Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the related technical field of welding materials, and discloses a crack-free aluminum alloy flux-cored wire and a preparation method and application thereof.The welding wire comprises a pipe and powder filled in the pipe, and the powder comprises, by mass, 4-6.8 parts of Cu, 0.8-1.2 parts of Mg, 0.1-0.6 part of Mn, 0.05-0.4 part of Cr, 0.2-0.5 part of Ti, 0.1-0.25 part of Zr, 2-4 parts of a composite material, larger than 0 and smaller than 0.1 part of Si, larger than 0 and smaller than 0.1 part of Fe and 1-2 parts of TiC; the balance is Al powder; wherein the composite material is a mixture of zirconium oxide and carbon nanotubes. The aluminum-based composite material is formed by adding heterogeneous nucleation particles and a reinforcing phase into an alpha-Al aluminum matrix, so that weld metal grains are refined, and the aluminum-based composite material has high thermal cracking resistance, hardness and tensile strength.
