The invention discloses an application of chlorpromazine in preparation of a coronavirus inhibitor. The invention provides application of chlorpromazine or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, which is (a) or (b) or (c) or (d) as follows: (a) application in preparation of a coronavirus inhibitor; (b) application in inhibition of coronavirus; (c) application in product preparation; the product is used for treating diseases caused by coronavirus infection. And (d) application in treating diseases caused by coronavirus infection.
