Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a pixel driving circuit, a driving substrate and a display device. The method comprises the following steps: a field effect transistor comprising a grid electrode and a source electrode; the drift correction component is electrically connected between the grid electrode and the source electrode; the drift correction assembly is configured to generate a gate-source voltage difference between the gate electrode and the source electrode so as to correct the drift of the threshold voltage of the field effect transistor. According to the scheme, the gate-source voltage difference equal to the conduction voltage difference can be maintained between the gate and the source, so that the threshold voltage is maintained to be positively biased to a certain extent, and the phenomenon that the threshold voltage is too negatively biased is avoided.
