The method comprises the following steps: constructing an examination question bank; dividing an overall error-prone level according to the examination score of each examination question; constructing an examinee information base; dividing individual error-prone grades according to the individual score rate of each examinee; associating the individual error-prone grades with each examination question; setting test paper constraint conditions and generating initial test paper; extracting a part of questions in the initial test paper, selecting examination questions of which the individual error-prone levels are the same as the overall error-prone levels of the extracted questions and of which the question types, scores and chapters are the same from the examination question bank for replacement, and generating personalized test paper of each student; and using the personalized test paper for examination.
