Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for synchronously detecting mercury ions and lead ions based on an unlabeled DNA biosensor and a DNA probe thereof. The method is sensitive in result, easy to operate and low in cost, and the concentration of mercury ions and the concentration of lead ions and fluorescence signals are in a good linear relation within the detection range. The method has good specificity on mercury and lead ions, and multiple metal ions such as potassium, copper, nickel, magnesium and calcium have no interference effect on detection; the detection limits of mercury ions and lead ions are 4.094 nM and 3.22 nM respectively, the whole detection process can be completed at room temperature, a result can be directly obtained through a fluorospectro photometer, the test of an actual tap water sample is completed, the detection process is convenient and rapid, and the method can be used for detecting mercury ions and lead ions in an actual water body.
