Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a novel wheat yellow mosaic disease susceptible gene TaEIF4E. Nucleotide sequences of the novel wheat yellow mosaic disease susceptible gene TaEIF4E on three subgenomes of wheat A, B and D are respectively shown as SEQ ID NO.20, SEQ ID NO.21 and SEQ ID NO.22. The invention further discloses a method for preparing the wheat yellow mosaic disease susceptible gene TaEIF4E. A homozygous strain which edits three copies on three subgenomes A, B and D of the TaEIF4E gene at the same time is obtained through molecular marker-assisted selection by utilizing a CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing means, the strain is completely resistant to the wheat yellow mosaic disease, the homozygous strain which edits one or two copies is still susceptible to the wheat yellow mosaic disease, and it is proved that TaEIF4E is the susceptible gene of the wheat yellow mosaic disease, so that the TaEIF4E gene has a good application prospect.
