The invention firstly provides chitinase with bacteriolytic activity, and the amino acid sequence of the chitinase is shown as SEQ ID No.1. According to the invention, chitinase is further subjected to single site mutation of any one amino acid of Q8K, C28K, V121R, Q124E, D136E, N209R or K218R to obtain a single site mutant, and is subjected to double site mutation of C28K/D136E to obtain a double site mutant.
