The polyester polyol highly compatible with pentane is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of diphenyldicarboxylic acid; 20 to 25 parts of phthalic anhydride; 120 to 125 parts of diethylene glycol; 50 to 55 parts of unsaturated fatty acid; 10 to 12 parts of neopentyl glycol; 10 to 12 parts of glycidyl palmitate; 0.5 to 1 part of a catalyst; wherein the unsaturated fatty acid comprises at least one monounsaturated fatty acid and at least one polyunsaturated fatty acid.
