Welding method of axle housing

The invention relates to an axle housing welding method, which is used for welding a plurality of half housings into an axle housing, and comprises the following steps: measuring the thickness of the edge part of each half housing in a first direction; dividing the edge part into a plurality of welding sections along a second direction according to the thickness; wherein the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to each other and are both parallel to the plane where the opening is located, and the second direction is parallel to the direction, pointing to the edge part, of the main body part; and a welding seam is formed between the adjacent edge parts in the two half shells, and the welding seam is welded with the corresponding welding depth according to the thickness of the welding section.
