Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for preserving autologous skull at ultralow temperature, which belongs to the technical field of human tissue storage, and comprises the following steps of: preparing pseudo-ginseng/angelica sinensis extract by adopting a water extraction method, adding the pseudo-ginseng/angelica sinensis extract into polyvinyl alcohol-sodium alginate-polyacrylic acid hydrogel, repeatedly freezing and thawing, sterilizing by ultraviolet rays, freezing and drying to prepare modified hydrogel, and then removing tissues from skull flaps to obtain the skull.
