The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide an electrical device that ensures that at least the thermal conductivity between a heater and a heat sink reaches a predetermined degree, and that reduces the possibility of causing a decrease in the thermal conductivity. An electrical device (1) according to the present disclosure includes a heater (2), a heat sink (3), a thermally conductive sheet (4), and a thermally conductive fluid (5).
