The invention discloses an authentication method and system based on video interaction and a related device, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining an initial video stream generated during the interaction of a first party and a second party, and determining a reading start identifier and a reading termination identifier in the initial video stream; wherein the reading start identifier corresponds to the moment of reading start of a protocol text triggered on a first client, the reading termination identifier corresponds to the moment of reading termination of the protocol text triggered on the first client, and the first client corresponds to the first party; obtaining first audio information of the first party from the initial video stream based on the reading start identifier and the reading stop identifier, and obtaining a first recognition text based on the first audio information; and based on the first identification text and the protocol text, judging whether authentication is completed or not.
