The invention provides a film spacing identification method and device, electronic equipment and a readable storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring an image of a junction of two films; processing the image through an edge detection tool to obtain a plurality of inter-film boundary straight lines; screening out an outer straight line from the plurality of inter-film boundary straight lines; and determining the membrane distance between the two membranes by using the distance from a point on the boundary straight line between the membranes except the outer straight line to the outer straight line.
