Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a dynamic intelligent river network regulation and control method based on model prediction control in the technical field of water resource management, and the method comprises the steps: building an urban river network regulation and control MPC, and carrying out the regulation and control according to the river network water level, flow and rainfall monitoring data of a target region; utilizing the river network boundary prediction model to calculate and predict river network boundary water level, flow and rainfall process in a time domain as system boundaries, taking river network water level and flow velocity regulation targets as system references, taking river network water level and flow velocity at the current moment as the current system state, and driving a hydrological and hydrodynamic coupling system model; and the optimal river network gate pump control quantity is solved by adopting a multi-objective optimization algorithm, so that the dynamic automatic control of the r
