Comprising a self-reference operational amplifier circuit with a compensation network, a starting circuit, a voltage division biasing circuit, an off-chip capacitor and a high-voltage current mirror circuit with an adjusting tube. According to the wide-input-voltage-range self-reference linear voltage stabilizer circuit, the reference voltage source and the operational amplifier function are integrated, and the chip area and the chip power consumption are greatly reduced. An output self-powered technology and a high-voltage current mirror are used, a pre-step-down module is omitted, power consumption is reduced while the circuit structure is simplified, and low power consumption of a power rail is further achieved. Loop stability under light load and heavy load is achieved through Miller compensation with a current buffer. The volt
