Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a target recognition system, a target recognition method and a target recognition device. The target recognition system comprises client equipment, a server and a client, the client equipment is used for acquiring a radar signal of an area where a target is located, generating a three-dimensional point cloud according to the radar signal, and analyzing target information based on radar intensity information distribution in the three-dimensional point cloud; the client equipment sends the target information to a server for storage; and the server sends the target information to the client according to the target identification instruction of the client. The radial distance of the detected object is obtained through the radar sensor in the client device, the amount of sensed data information is large, recognition and judgment are better facilitated, the amount of data obtained by the radar sensor is not large, balance between semantic information richness and data complexity (redundancy)
