Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of electrochemical analysis, and discloses an electrochemical detection method for the concentration of a multi-component antioxidant in edible oil. The detection method comprises the following steps: (1) sequentially grinding and polishing a gold electrode to obtain a smooth gold electrode, (2) respectively mixing a phosphate buffer solution with a tert-butylhydroquinone standard solution, a salicylic acid standard solution and a propyl gallate standard solution to obtain three mixed solutions, respectively measuring standard curves of the three mixed solutions by adopting a three-electrode system, and calculating the standard curves of the three mixed solutions according to the standard curves of the three mixed solutions. And (3) mixing an edible oil sample with methanol, extracting, mixing an extracting solution with a phosphate buffer solution, fixing the volume, and testing the concentration of the multi-component antioxidant in the obtained solution by adopt
