Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method and system for obtaining an acceptable hydrogen doping ratio of an in-service natural gas pipeline, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the analysis of internal detection data of the in-service natural gas pipeline, obtaining a defect position where the stress of the natural gas pipeline is most concentrated, and carrying out the simulation calculation of a stress concentration coefficient and a stress ratio of the defect; and then processing a pipeline sample based on a calculation result, carrying out fatigue strength test on the sample in a test environment with a set hydrogen doping ratio, and finally evaluating the fatigue life of the steel pipeline under the hydrogen doping condition based on a test result to obtain the acceptable hydrogen doping ratio of the in-service natural gas pipeline.
